  • FREE Standard Shipping (minimum spend $75.00+) includes tracking and email notifications
  • Standard Shipping – $9.50 includes tracking and email notifications
  • Express Shipping – $13.50, includes tracking and email notifications

We ship all of our packages using Australia Post Postal Service and their tracking system. All of our merchandise is packaged securely with care to ensure safe delivery.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase Monday to Friday and sent to Australia Post the next business day for shipping. Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be shipped the following business day. Please note shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and bad weather.

As a general guideline please allow approximately 2-6 business days for regular post and approximately 1-2 business days for express post, depending on lodgment and destination points. To check delivery times please click here.

Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, Australia Post are experiencing delays to deliveries in all areas, countrywide. Delays will vary depending on your location so your patience during this time is appreciated.


  • Shipping – $15.00 includes tracking and email notifications (4-12 business days)
  • Delivery time is based on delivery to metropolitan areas. Delivery times to regional areas may slightly differ.
  • We are unable to send to an international PO Box, please provide a residential or business address with your order.
  • Please provide a phone number for all international orders.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duty or sales tax within your own country.  For more information on custom charges, please contact your relevant customs authority.

Please note: Express shipping does not mean faster processing and dispatch, it just means you have chosen a faster delivery service. All orders are processed in the order they are received by The MakeUp Boxx.

Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or delays caused by Australia Post. Australia Post do not guarantee the delivery date of your package and delivery times will vary depending on the shipment destination.

Returned Order

Please check to ensure your postal address is correct as we will send orders to the address specified. Please contact us ASAP if your address is incorrect.  If your item has already been marked as sent, we are unfortunately unable to amend your order or address.  We will not be responsible for your parcel if the address is incorrect. If your parcel is sent back to us, you as the buyer are responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the parcel back to you.

Returns Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any products, unless a product is deemed faulty. Please choose your products and shades carefully when ordering.  We use the manufacturers professional product images and swatches where ever possible.   We recommend you consider your own skin tone when selecting shades and remember that the manufacturers’ pictures may look a little different on your screen to the finished product.

Consider your shade selection carefully as we do NOT refund products for change of mind.

If you believe you have received a faulty product, we will be happy to sort it. Please contact us. If we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect product, we apologise! Please contact us. If you experience a delivery problem such as loss or damage, please contact us within 48 hours.

Tracking your Order

Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email from us and also Australia Post which has another tracking link.  You will be updated by Australia Post via email of your order’s progress, its scheduled delivery date and once it has been delivered.   You can also track your delivery via the Australia Post website click here.

If the tracking status advises ‘pending – no events yet’ means that your order has not been scanned by Australia Post. Please allow at least 24 hours from receiving your tracking notification and then try again as your order needs to be picked up and scanned by Australia Post’s driver.

If you are not home at the time of delivery your parcel will be left in a safe place or otherwise a card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post for collection by you.

Return to Sender

All parcels returned to sender (The MakeUp Boxx) due to incorrect address supplied by the customer, Acceptance Refusal, or unclaimed from the Post Office will incur a return fee.  Customers who wish to have their parcel resent to them will need to pay a re-postage fee.

Late Delivery or Broken Item

If your order has past its scheduled delivery date by 3 working days, you will need to lodge a missing/late inquiry with Australia Post click here. Please note this can take Australia Post up to 10 working days to investigate

In the unfortunate event that items have arrived damaged, you will need to lodge a claim with Australia Post.

Authority To Leave

The MakeUp Boxx takes no responsibility for parcels that may go missing when customers request to leave parcels unattended at their premises or use Australia Post Safe Drop Service. Please note that requesting this option is at your own risk.
